Here's a step by step of how it works? 1. Slide the wrapping paper cutter onto the wrapper. Keep in mind that the device is very flexible and can therefore be used on rolls of any size. 2. Pull a piece of paper through the larger slot in the device. 3. Once the paper has reached the desired length, slide the wrapper to the end of the roll so that the paper falls into the groove in which the insert is inserted. 4. Now gently push the wrapper to clean the paper. 5. After the slicing is complete, simply place the wrapper in the center of the wrapper. It doubles as an organizer!
