Return Request & Procedure

  • Reason for return (attach images if the item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Return Approval & Shipping

  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  • If approved, you will receive return shipping details.
  • For damaged or defective products, we will arrange free pickup.
  • If returning for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size), the customer must bear return shipping costs.

Step 3: Return Shipment Guidelines

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking details with us.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after receiving the product.

 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for color or defect-related issues.
  • If the requested replacement is not available, we will process a refund.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
     Refund processed via bank transfer or UPI within 3 business days.

  • Store Credit Option:
     Customers can opt for a refund in store credit for instant processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeline:

  1. Check your bank account for pending transactions.
  2. Contact your payment provider (some banks take extra time to process refunds).
