1. How to Cancel an Order
Orders can only be cancelled by sending a written request to our email: support@uniqbuy.in.
Please include the following details in your cancellation request:
- Order ID
- Name of the customer
- Reason for cancellation
2. Cancellation Window
- If a customer cancels the order on the same day it is placed, a 7% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover bank processing fees.
- If the order has already been processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
