Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within India.  We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimates Delivery Time

  • Standard Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Handling Time: 2-5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 18-20 days (may vary based on your location, courier service, and unforeseen delays such as weather, strikes, etc.).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+5:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)
  • Once processed, the order is shipped and tracking details are sent via email/SMS.

Shipping Charges

We offer flat 50rs shipping on all orders, regardless of location.

Standard parcel shipping: Blue Dart or  Delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for select locations.

  • We may call or message to confirm COD orders before dispatching.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can also track your order under "Order Tracking" on www.uniqbuy.in.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@uniqbuy.in.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, report it within 24 hours for investigation.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a damaged, tampered, or unsealed package, do not accept it from the courier.

  • Take photos and contact us immediately for assistance.

Change of Address After Order Placement

  • You can update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing support@uniqbuy.in.

  • Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
