Buyer Beware – My Experience with Uniqbuy

I placed a prepaid order worth ₹2,236 on 29th May 2026 through uniqbuy.in. The order confirmation clearly mentioned that the product would be delivered within 18–20 days, as it had to be imported.

After the promised delivery period passed, I received no updates whatsoever. I repeatedly tried calling the contact numbers provided on their website, but there was no response. I also sent multiple emails, which initially went unanswered.

Only after repeated follow-ups did I receive a WhatsApp message and an email stating that my order was under processing and that customs clearance would take another 10 days.

Today, it has been well over a month, and I have still not received:

* My product
* Any shipment tracking details
* A confirmed delivery date
* Any meaningful response to my repeated emails and messages

My ₹2,236 has been paid in full, yet I have nothing except repeated delays and poor communication.

I am sharing my experience so that other buyers can exercise caution before placing prepaid orders. If Uniqbuy resolves this matter promptly by delivering the product or issuing a refund, I will happily update this post.
