Specification:
1. The performance of this driver is not comparable to those of the L298 motor drive chips. The driver focuses on current and efficiency, and effectively uses motor power and battery life. Can withstand high current overload, maximum current up to 30A.

3. The driver uses a complete two-half bridge driver chip and an extremely low internal resistance N-channel MOSFET. MOSFET driver chip comes with hardware brake function and power feedback function.
4. This driver is to the low power headroom of the integrated power chip scheme and the problem of complex timing coordination and complementary driving in other half-bridge combination schemes.
5. The MOSFET uses an N-channel HY3606 MOSFET. Two dedicated half-bridge drivers are used. A bootstrap capacitor is used on the upper tube to allow the upper tube to have sufficient driving voltage to quickly open the MOSFET channel and increase the acceleration of the motor.
