Description:

The AD8304 is a single-chip digital wave detecter optimized for low-frequency signal power measurement in fiber optic systems.
It uses advanced cross-guide linear technology to provide a wide range of extremely wide dynamic ranges that are diverse and easy to use. Using proprietary design technology and precision laser adjustment, the device also achieves a wide measurement range and high precision characteristics.
In most applications, you only need a single VP of 5 V, but you can also use 3.0 V to 5.5 V, and the additional use of negative power VNs is beneficial for some applications.
With low supply voltages, it is easy to change the diagonal slope to fit the available range.
Low static current and chip disable features facilitate battery-powered applications.
