Description:

Perfect for use on garden gates or shed doors.

Closer has spring loaded adjustable tension.

The closer operates in a pushing-closed manner, rather than in a pulling-closed method, and it does not have a hold open feature.

Can be used to close doors weighing up to 70kg.

These closers feature an adjustable closing speed and they are non-handed, allowing them to be used on both left and right-handed swinging doors.

The closer arm of this safety spring closer has the ability to swing a full 180 degrees, but once it is mounted in place, the door's distance of swing will be reduced to the point of where it makes contact with the bullet-shaped housing of the closer.

Adjustable Screws For Slow or Fast Closing

Fixing Instructions:

Fix the closer vertically to jamb on hinged side of door

To set tension turn the center of the closer opposite to the arrow

Place arm into nearest hole to door.

Fix slide plate into position to protect door.

Tension Adjustment:

Turn the center boss away from the door with the steel bar supplied and screw the arm into the hole nearest the door.

To increase tension, repeat the operation one hole at a time.

To protect the door from marking, fix the slide plate supplied into position.

Once the closer has been properly installed at the proper tension, fill open holes with the plugs provided.
